Ashley Quarters Hotel Policies and Fees

Additional Housekeeping Services are $10 per Full Service request

Smoking Fee:

$250 Smoking Fee will be assessed and immediate eviction

Pet Fees:

Pet Fees apply to all animals that are not Certified Trained Medical Service Animals,

~ADA Rules and Regulations exclude ESA and therefore will be charged the applicable fee~

$20 per day/$90 per week

No Show Fee:

Cost of the First Night plus tax

Early Check In (prior to 3pm)

Subject to Availability: $45 Prior to 12pm; $20 after 12pm

Late Checkout:

Fees apply after 12pm, $10 per hour

Early Checkout Fee:

If notified at Check In, no fees will apply. Standard Fee is cost of the next night plus tax

Luggage Cart Fee

If you keep the Luggage Cart in your room overnight, we will assume you’ve decided to rent it for $50 per night

and charge your room accordingly.
